a.m. CST and 4:30 p.m. CST. You must pay the shipping charges of sending the product back. We will not
be responsible for damaged or lost shipments to us. Please insure your package. Once the item is received

All of the bracelets we offer for sale are available in three different sizes: Small - 7 inches, Medium - 7
1/2 inches, or Large - 8 inches. If you require a size that is smaller than 7 inches or larger than 8
inches, we can accommodate your needs. Special sizing requests are subject to price adjustments.
In addition, the lengths of all of our necklaces are provided, but if you would like to customize the length
of a necklace we can do that as well. Again, custom pieces are subject to price adjustments.
Lastly, our earrings are shown with French hook type earring backs or earring posts. If you would
prefer the other type of earring back other than the one shown (French hooks to posts, or vice versa)
we can change them for you at no additional charge. We can even switch a pair of earrings to clip
backs if preferred at no additional charge.
